Unresponsive
Their "call us" phone number on their website is out-of-service, they won't respond to support requests via email, and they won't stop billing you... even when you move your websites (as I've done) and send them a cancellation notice. I had my service with them for 5+ years, but no more.

NO Support, Keep Taking My Money
I have used Phi9 for a few years now, and recently they have become terrible. Their own SSL certificates keep expiring and dont get renewed, they do not answer support tickets, no one answers the phone, there is no way to contact them.

Best deal
I found extensive support including configuration and setup of specific PHP applications as well as standard applications as Wordpress. I'm not a specialist and such a kind of support is worth all the value of Phi 9 service cost.

I've had no problems with Phi9 over more than four years. Almost 100% uptime, fast tech support, and decent quality servers. I happily recommend them.

Blackmailing after 1 year
From time to time Phi 9 resorts to blackmail. My company was growing and they turned off my services and data access and asked for more money. I tried legal measures but I'm going against a small 1 person company. Sadly this is real ..
