Our fire district has used Rescue Hosting for 3 years. 2 years ago we had them re-design our website as well. Fantastic service, great uptime and fast servers.

Used them for over a year and had occasional email outages. But in ~June of last year my 3 business sites dropped off the internet for 2 weeks before I changed hosters.
Now he sends me invoices and sends me to collections! He's got a suit coming.
Company Response: Sadly we cant assist customers if they dont contact us. RH has had fantastic proven uptime, and customer service. Without contact we cant help customers if we dont know they arent having problems.

Great host - enjoy the good service, and frequent communication. There have been some issues with servers going down, but the host seems to be working them out and communicates well what is going on.

I've been with Rescue Hosting for going on 2 years without any problems whatsoever, and the pricing is very competitive.
I use my own FTP program and tranfers always run like a fine tuned machine. It just works!
