Always goes down
Their system crashes 2-3 times a year minimum. It takes them 48 hours to fix crashes (including ones caused by them). In this time, you have no access to your WHM, Cpanel and lose ALL EMAILS. Can't seriously run a hosting business in America like this. Stay away from this company because they are unreliable, have no tech support AND zero website emergency assistance. I have been a customer for over 7 years and have just had it with this company. stay away trust me!

Unreliable
Anything technical assistance takes 24-48 hours. No tech support, only international call center support... when you need immediate help or assistance it is not possible.

I am moving to GoDaddy VPS. Cheaper and much much better support

Spry used to have real tech support... now it's "India" like everyone else. Why it takes 48 hours minimum for every request. No joke. In an emergency every minute counts.

For how much we pay (spry costs slightly more then competitors) we expect more.

Addition:
After escalation spry changed their mind and fully refunded.
As last note: Their link to europe is not fast, but a benchmark i did had very high results. So beside the network issue the VPS is fast as a dedicated server.

I've been customer for 3 days now!
It was a very bad idea ;/
Germany as well as Austria suffer from 15% packetloss.
Also a lot of downtime !
Refund even at 0% badnwidth use not possible.
Trying to settle the dispute via paypal
