Very Very Poor
Terrible customer service, they couldn't wait to get rid of us despite us paying £160 per month. One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Lots of down time, and very poor customer care. Now with a company for 1/2 the price and far less problems

I moved from another so-called-hosting-company who caused me more than 3 days downtime without even an apology. A friend mentioned UnitedHosting to me and I have now been with these guys for 9 months without ANY issues. Should have made this change sooner

Proven to be the best in the UK time and time again!
Have now consolidated all my sites from other hosts over to UnitedHosting. For the extra pound or two they are faster, always up, and actually care about doing hosting right and being there for me 24x7. Give them a try :)

UH system hacked. 400 sites/server! UH dealt with incident & us very poorly. We posted message to UH support forums asking if other UH customers having same issues; UH deleted messages, accused me of "spamming", being unprofessional & "acting immaturely"!

Excellent service except my entire reseller site ie all my domains - got frozen out three times. I appears that I was using Dreamweaver to update directly on the web. There was no notification of the blocking and I lost clients.

Joined United after leaving Pipex. Service is amazing, email responses in a matter of minutes. Servers are fast, not too clogged and downtime, what downtime. Features are useful and excellent value for money.

Company Response: ever since their server move, their customer support has hit bottom and I have been unable to access my site and they seem to refuse to rectify it.
