Out of Control
I have been with Best, Then Verio for about 15 years. But they have recently gotten really bad. Support takes many hours for either Chat or Phone and I do not get anything resolved after communicating with them....it seems that they just want to blame..

Absolutely terrible nowadays
We have been customer with Verio (before called TabNet) since 1997.
We have seen many changes, take-overs and server migrations.

Awful Service - Horrible Support
Verio tried migrating my VPS to a new platform and instead took down my business website for 48 hours. Completely unreliable, and awful tech support. Stay away from Verio!

WORST COMPANY EVER!
We had been with verio since the mid 90's. A few glitches here and there but no real problems. Then another company took over and....well
Website went down, and only solution was to move to another ISP which took a week.

Most Frustrating Experience Ever
Was forced to transfer my domain because after 4 hours on hold and 4 different support contacts in other countries they could not resolve my issue.

Don't use Verio!
I've never experienced worse customer service; they even deleted one of the domains we had registered with them! You're better off running your website from your own computer than using this company.

Phone Support Is THE WORST
If you enjoy troubleshooting technical web support problems with a person who speaks broken English have at it. If you want a quick solution to a problem on your site AVOID THIS HOST. I have had run ins with Verio many times and they are all negative.

You've been warned
I have been with Verio over 12 years now. They used to be good but since moving their support overseas, now, you can't understand the CSR's and they have no clue what they're doing. They're customer service is now horrific! That's an understatement.

Dumped Verio after +10 years
I've hosted several sites with Verio over 10 years, and finally got totally fed up with billing errors and poor customer service. Have switched to another company and much happier, but they even made the switch painful and error filled. Avoid Verio.

Been with Verio for many years. About nine month they started to fail.
Down often, terrible support, 12 h to check a dead server ... after 5 hours up time it dies again. Avoid like the plague.
