Horrible company to deal with!!!!!!!!
Their service did not work. Their customer service has heavy training on useless excuses. They bill you for the time they were down. I estimate we lost $20k for the two weeks our emails stopped working! We cancelled and they kept billing!

Horrible disappointment, must be worst ever
Customer service is not the right name for a bunch of unknowledgeable people with NO interest whatsoever in helping you or responding. I feel robbed by them and have been super patient in giving them a chance to solve the huge email delays. DO NOT BUY.

Verio is the WORST hosting company.
They are They are stuck in 1988. Not only they have the worst customer service and the worst hosting service, they are overpriced too.

Absolutely Terrible
The worst host on the internet? Probably.
Verio has absolutely terrible customer service that almost never actually helps you solve any issue. The backend system they have in place is extremely clunky, difficult to navigate, and mind-numbingly slow.

Don't bother
We've been with them since 1997 - no more. An error in their update process killed our shopping cart and getting them to fix it has been impossible - they refuse to help us. We're done - you should be done before your start!

I'm a non-geeky guy with a 3,000 page site. 10 years with Verio/NTT Europe. They 'reconfigured' their service 6 months ago, tho they didn't tell me that...then I started having server crashes. Now I'm getting out!

Verio support worst ever!
Verio has the worst support I have ever dealt with. Their support is done overseas by people who read from a script and you can't talk with their system admins because they aren't customer facing....

Incompetent, unhelpful, poor customer service. Shame on you, Verio!
Switched plans, but Verio forgot to cancel the old plan. Tried to cancel, but you must login to their awful backend website to cancel. Can only access new plan. Nobody there seems to understand this or be able to help. AVOID! You've been warned!
