WORST HOSTING COMPANY EVER!
Site down. After 30 minutes with support "trying to reproduce the issue" they finally came back and said "yes, the site is down. We're working on it". That's it. It took them 30 minutes to tell me what I already knew!
Server very slow too. Goodbye Verio.

Junk internet services
Their customer service is non existent and their policies favor themselves to the excision of any fairness. I would not recommend Verio.

Stay away
The service got so bad that I decided to cancel my account, but I paid for one year in advance. When I did not automatically renew, they "suspended" my account. Several phone calls trying to get it reinstated until the expiration date. No luck yet.

NEVER USE VERIO IF YOU VALUE YOUR DATA
When you're on a server with multiple users, the program somehow switchesto individual user mode, and everything crashes. It takes a gifted senior technician to understand the problem. As a consequence, they lost all they lost all my data (10yrs of data)

After 2 months still unable to access site or service
Frustration thy name is Verio.
Out office bought a hosting plan (not cheap) two months ago and has been unable to access our site. Calls to customer service end with "contact us by email" and those emails are never answered.

Beyond horrible. You simply can't get a straight answer from anybody on any subject. They seem to make up answers to tech questions, billing questions, ALL questions. Calling there is like calling a loony bin. Never seen anything like it. Left Verio.

Verio used to be great. Fast servers and good support. Had to move all my clients from Verio as their servers are now pathetic. Really slow, no support. Do not sign up with these guys they are appalling.

i couldn't agree more with many of comments previously made here! About 5 yrs ago their support went downhill, and quite fast. And it keeps getting worse. Definitely STAY AWAY !

Took Site down without warning
Verio USED to be great. Spent over 4 hrs working with them to get the site up after they sent our paid account to collections & billing took site down without notice.
Issue is resolved, but moving our site. STAY AWAY FROM VERIO.

This used to be a good company...now calls are answered in the Phillipines with no ability on their part to solve billing issues. Not only did they take my site down but they turned me over to COLLECTIONS because I did not want to renew my subscription.
