Gone WAY downhill!
Terrible service! My $9.95 per month plan was being billed for $88 per month for months! No response to email or calls. Ending my 10 year plus relationship with these jokers. Used to be great but now is really REALLY BAD!

These people should not be in this business. They have no understanding of the importance of UPTIME to a website. Their support is slipshod at best, criminal at worst. Just ridiculous....

The worst choice you could possibly make. Their support is all offshore with scripted monkeys answering calls after a 1/2 hour but worse; their servers are trashed and loaded with malware. Avoid Verio !!!

Verio sucks! After 3 years I learned web server is very important and I should be much better now. I really lost my time with verio. I do not want to use verio again in my life. I do not even know why I am losing my time writing this review.

Customer support is appauling. Made to wait 30 minute when I was told to hold just a few minutes. My site has been down for past two days. Tech support barely speak / understand English. Unacceptable service. Verio don't deserve my business.

Don't use Verio Web Hosting. They went to the dumps with cust. / tech. support. Other than sales, if you want anything else from these people, FA-GETTA-BOUT-IT. They are the worst Web Hosting Service around these days.Trust these reviews, they are true.

After a complete system crash, "tech support" person could only say over & over in broken English, "That is not in plan. Talk to sales. Site is full." US sales rep finally broke rules and fixed in seconds. Support used to be great, but now HORRIBLE

My website wen down thanksgiving day and was down for 8 days. I lost significant revenue. They said they were doing server maintenance. Tech support knew nothing when I could find one that I could speak understandable English.
