I have used verio for some time and was happy. Over the past few years I have noticed their customer service have hit rock bottom due to overseas outsource. Server failure over Thanksgiving was the last straw. I switched to lexiconn.com with US support

Used V. for over 10 yrs w/various accounts. Tech support always WAS top notch - people knew the servers like the back of their hand. Over last 6 months, that& customer service has dropped to the trash. Apparently outsourced now to people who know NOTHING.

Our email servers go down at least three times a week.
No one in Tech support speaks English well.
Problems do not get resolved. They tell you that they're opening a ticket and sending it to high-level support. You never head from the again.

Been wanting to leave Verio for a long while, finally able to do it now. Their tech support is not good, often send in an email with no response. I would not recommend this web hosting provider.

The minute I add any type of ASP.NET-style application to my shared hosting plan, performance was horrible. AppPools would take too long to re-load after idle timeout (close to 100 sec load). The tech "support" is slow and useless, but good sales team.

I've been using Verios since way back before they bought out iServer. Their customer service is 2nd to none and their servers are rock solid. I'll never give them up!

We have been using the VPS2 2000 product since 2003 for a national non-profit corporation. Their service is rock solid, updates are consistent and problem free, and they are very flexible concerning disk quota's and storage. Although $$$, well worth it.

Their support is an absolute joke. The control panel is god-awful. Please run as far and as fast as you can from this awful 'hosting' company.

I got locked out of MYSQL and Verio does not provide database privileges on my windows premium plan I asked them to reset it
they told me the plan does not come with that. Their sales team seldom returns phone calls. I'm exploring my options to move.

Three weeks just to change a DNS and it istill not working. Hours on the phone with techs that say, it will be ok tomorrow. It never is. An NTT IT guy just told me they are so ashamed of Verio. IT IS THE WORST TECH SUPPORT EVER. DO NOT GET HOOKED.
