Verio is the worst hosting in the WORLD!
Incompetent does not come close to describing the inept technical support of these guys. Servers go down and are down for days. The first level tech support is skilled in answering the phone and sticking to script - that's it. No answers as to status, issue, nothing. I have 10 clients whose sites have been down for days and the best they can tell me is they don't know what's wrong and they don't know when it'll be fixed. They can tell me that, but if I tell that to my customers I'm out of business. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THESE GUYS. THEY SUCK.

An idiot can run a company better than those who run Verio!
I requested Verio for a refund since they cannot fix the problem, they cancelled my account in less than 24 hours, without notice, stating that I should chase IX Webhosting. It has been 1 month that we are without our websites after the migration started

Incompetent. How do they stay in business?
1/5 is too high a score, but it's the closest to 0/5 I can get for this review. None of the support staff, who are all in the Philippines, has the slightest computer literacy.

Verio "support" is just fake promises and no action
In January I transfered my domain to Verio. On February 1 they put my domain on "client hold". I have not been able to access my email since, probably pissing off/losing many of my clients. I call/chat everyday and get nothing but fake promises.

Run while you can!!!
I have been with Verio (formerly Appolohosting) for >10 years. they shift from great to garbage in a short time.
the incident that made me leave is an "automated" note on upcoming charges for a service i never used, never asked for. run away!!!

I am amazed that an American company can get away with being so bad.
I have sent an enqury about OWNERSHIP VERIFICATION, & my .net site closed, no reason given

SO happy to be off of Verio hosting!!
As with many other reviewers, I had been with Verio for a long time, since 2001. Initially it was a great company. Steadily got worse. The final migration to new servers last years was horrible. Downtime, followed by crippled services. Relieved to leave!

NVER, NEVER use Verio for webhosting
I have been with Verio since 1997 and am being treated like dirt during this migration disaster. My websites have been dead for a week, and I get ZERO response from Verio. Customer support reps are useless and will tell any lie to get you off the phone.

Forced move to new pop3 servers
Non stop problems, Support keeps promising they will fix it, but nothing happens. Our email address got turned into the @servername.com.
Billing suddenly turned off the credit card and started telling us we haven't paid our bill.
