Their invoicing system is ridiculous
Paid invoices never show up as "paid" on the client area if they are being paid automatically. Impossible to contact support and now I'm unable to even access the Vindo website.

There is no way to transfer a domain away from them because there's no way to view the auth code. They do not respond to support tickets.

If you value your domain/data then AVOID these people.

is this company still running???
i paid for hosting and nothing is happening. it's been two weeks and they won't activate my server. their tech support has shut down or something, i've sent several emails and am ignored. i can't get my money back. This site is a scam and needs to shut do

Vindo Hosting is a rip
I registered a domain with Vindo. I was invoiced and I paid but the domain never showed up in my client area. I sent several emails and issued several support tickets, all which have not received any response. Now I cannot even log in to my account.

Expired by domain
I had a domain at Vindo. After a year I paid for another year. Payment was successful, I could event see the invoice as "paid" in the admin area, but they only take my money and "forgot" to renew my domain so it expired.

This is just unacceptable.

No Response to Support Tickets
I submitted support ticket 376160 on March 26, 2013 and as of April 3, they have not replied. I also sent an email to their support department and did not receive a reply. They took my money and provide no support. It seems they are out-of-business.
