As per other reviewers, I would strongly recommend contacting OnlineNIC to who have enabled me to get my domain from Webmania which I feared was lost. Webmania have taken my money and run - with no way of getting a response from them. Very poor indeed

Useless. Used to be OK, but recently useless. Our site has been down for weeks as the mysql server is not running. No response on support - having to get a new site written and transfer elswhere.

Web Mania have hosted my domain for approx 15 years.
Lately no response at all from them whatsoever.
Extremely dissappointed in this company that they would do such a disappearing act on their customers.

Have used this company for years, but realised things were going downhill last year and started to move my domains/hosting away. What a hassle! One domain left to go and I can't get the epp code from them. I'm stuffed!

Been with web-mania for 10 years, but now they appear to have gone bust. I've been trying to contact them for 3 days, LiveChat, email, phone, nothing gets through.
I need a new host, any suggestions ?

Tried to move my domain name away in November, now January and they have not come back with the auth code I need. Chased them weekly now have given up as my hosting expires soon. Support is a joke with people who have not got a clue. DO NOT USE THIS BUNCH

Absolutley terrible. Avoid them. They do not offer any quality service at all. I disagree that, compared to other providers, that they are dirt cheap. There are other companies who offer more for less. Gangsters!
