Ordered, didn't get my server, support ticket -> account got deleted.
Ordered a storage box last night, didn't get my server, opened a ticket today telling them I'd dispute the payment if I didn't get my service within a couple of hours. They simply deleted my account. Can't see the ticket anymore, no refund, no server.
