    HAYK ABRAMYAN: The first thing to do would be to locate the problem.  After the problem has been located, we will then try to isolate the attack by blocking a certain IP range for timed intervals.  During this period, we will then conduct our own investigation to determine the seriousness of the attack.  We will then take the appropriate action necessary for protecting the best interests of our customers.

    HAYK ABRAMYAN: The numbers we have are impressive, considering the fact that our main source of marketing was word of mouth advertising for 3 years.  However, it is to the best of our interest not to disclose this information at this time due to the increasingly over zealous acquisitive nature of our competitors.
