Pros:	The best service I have used in the past 5 yrs of CyberCity's existance
Cons:	speed could use a little boost at times, but nothing to worry about.

Pros:	great customer service. always had questions answered. i would say 99% uptime
Cons:	slow mail server sometimes, but for the most part always fast and up
