Web Hosting Review:	Ever Since the server Migration (when the original owners sold it ), uptime has been far less than 90%, Email has not been working and the technical support response is basically NIL!! I am transferring all of my clients to Dreamhost. I would stay away !

Web Hosting Review:	1planhost migrated their servers in April 2006 and all of their customers, including myself, lost their websites. I have been down for weeks and can no longer publish. No support is being offered, and 1planhost no longer answers any emails.

Web Hosting Review:	I have been with 1planhost for 4 years now. Before they sold the company they were first rate. Since the migration in April I have had nothing but problems. Currently have email and shopping cart problems. No response when I submit a support ticket.

Web Hosting Review:	I believe they deleted my post or something, but one of the company's server (before they changed ownership) crashed hard, and their backup systems never worked. I had full back-ups of course, since I knew this would happen to a $8 /mn provider.

Web Hosting Review:	It's been since April 15th since I've had next to no ability to send any email. The two tickets I have sent in do not get addressed. They simply shut down the chat help and say "leave a message". NO planning by a company that was once very good.

Web Hosting Review:	THEY WERE a great low-cost reliable service, until Darrell Williams (CEO) took the money and ran, leaving his many customers to some "others". 14 of my customer sites are down 8 DAYS now, cannot get satisfaction or support. USELESS! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
