You're getting a little pricey. Next year I'll be looking around unless I see more value for the money. Also, CPanel site confusing and not geared to newbies.

I really like the live online chat for helping me whenever I have a problem. I've only had a few problems with uploading some files in the year that I've had service, and they were all fixed within one or two days.
