Site has been down once a day
Seems like they got rid of live chat for technical support so things have gone from bad to terrible. Still have two more days before my domain gets transfered. Thanks god. Stay away from this headache. |

Twice a month problem
Every 2 weeks or so I cannot connect to the website via the web browser of FTP. They do quickly sort out for me though, usually within an hour or so. Looking at the reviews you can see they have lots of problems but you get what you pay for (1$ a month) |

This is going from bad to worse. I have a full list of things that they did wrong. That will come soon. For the time being The license for Cpanel has expired and I have to wait 5 hours! Not long before I move out of them! |

Avoid 3ix, No tech support they will cut off your chat support and not help, I have been having major issues with my site being down not good for bussniess!! When you call tech support they will just cut you off. Im looking to get a new host for 3 sites |

i've been with them for 4 years. 4 years of headache. i have the same bad experienced as the other people saying the same poor and disgusting service of 3iX. I scream almost everyday talking with their technical live suport and i'm so tired. |

I have been using 3IX for about 10 years and the main reason is that they are really cheap. But what you pay is what you get! My main website has been hacked several times because they keep resetting file permissions. I am moving every site hosted in 3IX |

I never believed online review, but with 3ix proven over and over again that they fail to do their job. I draw the line when my site is hacked, and the reply is "we restarted the firewall and you won't face this problem anymore" same thing 3 days later! |

I have 4 sites hosted by them. Initially they were fine, mostly up. Lately, there has been sporadic sloppiness. They seem to have multiples servers, and some are buggy. Support is fast, but only after I tell them what's wrong and how to fix it. |

-MAJOR Downtime
-Poor support - especially "David"
-When I traced them (after they accessed cpanel), I found they are in India, but they'll deny that! Why spoof or lie about their location.
