Irresponsible, sluggish support, no comparisson to other players
Chat support does not work properly - still not after 4 months!
After 4 months we are now on the 3rd server. The last move was unannounced, we could not update our DNS in time so that the site went down. The Arvixe owner blames us for that. Go figure...
Company Response: Hi, we are sorry you had issues accessing chat. We do provide alternative services like phone support and e-mail to reach Arvixe. We always send an e-mail when a server is transferred and keep the old server alive so sites do not go down.

DISAPPOINTED
Recently i setup as Hosting Re-seller customer with Arvixe, from the day one i am facing lot of support problems, my site was down more than 36 hours i contact over live chat, phone emails but there was no response. I will not recommend Arvix hosting

DISAPPOINTED
Arvixe WAS great service 2009-2013, after that it became TERRIBLE experience! My web sites were several times completely deleted and lost forever. MySQL base is constantly bagged and my web sites are down for days. No answer from chat or ticket service!

Based on my experience, Arvixe has done its great performance in terms of technical support, quick response on ticket request, friendly people, and great server performance, and the most cheapest and reliable hosting site ever!

I have just recently hosted my sites with you, and I have being so far happy that I did; the hosting plans does not only come with an incredible cool price, but it also comes with more than other hosting site will offer for a higher cost.

Technical support are clueless
I think Arvixe are technically staffed by a bunch of clueless monkeys.
They took it upon themselves to move my website to sql server 2013, and broke my website. 3 days down time and counting now, and I have zero confidence that they fix any time soon.

Terrible so far
Been on Arvixe for 3 months. We have had literally dozens of outages. About 1/5 times we go to our sites they do not load. Support chat took two hours, useless. It is a very small & light site, and should load quickly. REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE SO FAR.

I am very happy with the services provided by technical support from Arvixe. While I have difficulty in installation problems, they handled it well. Arvixe web hosting is the best I have ever had. I do not regret choosing Arvixe as my choice.
