great service for asp.net
I switched from another provider to Arvixe and was very impressed with the improved performance. My asp.net website continually crashed with previous provider, but exact same code worked fine with Arvixe.

"Buyer beware" corporate policy
Customer service is abysmal compared to when we first joined Arvixe. I would not recommend them; take your business elsewhere if you want hassle free billing. If their service doesn't perform once outside the trial period, they revert to "buyer beware".
Company Response: Hi, we are sorry you had issues with the service. Please note you wanted a refund 18 months after you signed up. We offered credit for the remaining period but you turned that down. The offer is still open if you would like to use it.

Excellent Hosting Company
With Arvixe I can have adult content. The prices are reasonable, support is excellent, If I do have trouble, support gets it up in running within hours. I get a free domain. My site never freezes up. Arvixe has a very good supply of programs & tools.
