Fake Offers & Company : Dedicated Server on Business DSL
I was wondering about the prices, because for Swiss Servers, they are very cheap.
i was suspicious but, i give them a try.
i ordered a dedidcated Server, the cheapest one (25 CHF) and on the Offer and Order Site, you see some inconsistencies.
The Server was ready soon, but i noticed this also two days later, after i had logged in my customer account. I see IP Adress but not root password.
With the Provision Function i had the option to reinstall the Server, i proceed this, but dont work right, after a couple of tries, a get root access to the Server.
First thing i have checked was the Hardware and the Speed and here it goes funny, NOT:
The "Server" has an Downloadspeed within Swiss of 300 Mbits and an Upload of 5 Mbits!
I rechecked this serveral times, same result every time.
I checked the IP Adress whois and make a Tracerouter and now i knowing the truth about this Fake Offers and Company:
The Server are connect to an Business DSL from netstream.ch:

One other weird thing: As is had opended a support ticket, i can speed up / Bump up them for 50 CHF (because the "System" told me that theres 54 Ticket before mine"
I request now a refund, but i am not sure, that they proceed it without discuss, maybe i must open a paypal disput..We will see
But the Offers are Fake, if you thinking that you get a dedicated Server in a Swiss Datacenter. You get a Server, located on an Office with a Business DSL Line Connection.
