I have used Crystaltech for nearly 3 years, I am based in the UK and am small time web developer. I found they offer a brilliant service, they are on a different time zone thus when you want support you brillent support in no time |

"WAS" with Crystal Tech for about 10 years; did not choose them - my previous web company did. BIG MISTAKE. Very poor customer service, many, many problems. Worst company I ever dealt with!!! |

I've been with CrystalTech for over 5 years... so have had happy times until recently. Always been a little unsure of the actual server speed... but now the pricing as an old customer is just too much. |
