Web Hosting Review: Currently I am with another hosting. The reason was that I wanted to try PHP with lots of videos...etc, To be honest, the time I was with discountasp I received excellent service. Service and support is great. Truth be told I am thinking of returning

Web Hosting Review: as a web developer, i am glad to go with someone who knows asp.net hosting. works great with the sitefinity cms we use and the database backup tool is handy. the only one time i needed to contact the support was answered quickly and professionally

Web Hosting Review: Page response time is HORRIBLE. I contacted support many times and never got a fix. I even paid for two third party load testing companies to load test the site and found it quits at about 50 user. Support said load testing is unreliable. I'm leaving!

Company Response: This is a typical of an application that needs to be optimized, but need more details. We host over 30k sites. This is not the norm. Despite horrible hosting the customer stayed with us for 2 years. You can make up your own mind if that makes sense.

Web Hosting Review: These guys are great. Support experience was by far the best I have had with ANY hosting company. The tools they have for their customers to use are great (check the SQL Server .bak tool etc...) Thanks.

Web Hosting Review: Good with a lot of options. I especially like the ability to attach and mdf file to the database. The speed is just so slow. We are going to have to move to another host if they dont do something about it, especially during high traffic times.

Company Response: The automated attach mdf file tool is very cool. Without further investigation, cannot comment on speed issue. There are many things that are out of our control that can contribute to it.

Web Hosting Review: Pretty stable although there is downtime, but web page respond time is horrible - specially during day time when their server is heavily loaded. The SAME asp.net app, I put it on a VPS hosting (same price I am paying), and the speed is 3 times faster.

Company Response: Our servers are not heavily loaded. We monitor the server health and only put sites on the healthiest servers. This is an isolated case, not a systemic issue. If this was the norm, there is no way we would be able to continue to win best hosting awards.

Web Hosting Review: The realy good thing about this service is that they are allways one step ahead of me, my site uses tecjnologies like wcf and .net ajax and for every problem I've encountered there was allready a solution in their Kb's.

Web Hosting Review: The only offer 500MB shared for all 500 email accounts they say you can have. I was very surprised, so i opened a ticket and they told me that what they care about is their asp.net developers and they don't care about emails!

Company Response: Our business focus is in adavanced ASP.NET Hosting and SQL Hosting, not in being a leader in email hosting. The poster is free to interpret this however they wish, but for other readers, it is incorrect to state that we "don't care about emails".

Web Hosting Review: I was with DiscountASP.NET for two years. The server was always up, but I always had some kind of a problem and Tech Support was never able to fix it. The straw that broke the camels back when I wasn't able to FTP in anymore. Not recommended.

Company Response: I don't know what issues this posterr had, but it is not systemic, as we host 20k+ websites. If everyone had ftp issues, then we wouldn't be this big or win awards. And, if our service was so bad, why did the customer stick around for 2 years?
