Buyer beware
This company is recently under new management and is the worst web hosting company. After 12 years of great service they've caused me to lose time, money, and customers. Huge headache, avoid!

Beware of their free ipod offer!
I originally signed up with Elite hosts because of their free ipod offer, boy did I get suckered in. if paying $20 per month for barely any space and bandwidth was bad enough when I go to claim my FREE ipod I'm denied.
Company Response: Customer was emailed IPOD redemption info on 2/22/2007 - he replied asking for a week extension and we agreed. Customer does not confirm his address until August 18th (6 months) after which time he is outside of the 90 day period stated in rules.

I've dealt with Elite Hosts for over 5 years with two different companies, and they have always been a pleasure to deal with. In the rare event that there is a problem, they are quick and efficient with fixing it.

Amazing service! I use Elite Hosts as my photo server for my over 400 item online eBay store, Vintage Lucy. There is almost no down time and they Fix it FAST when it does go down giving FAST pleasant personal emails of reassurance! A joy to work with. SIM

Elite Hosts has been my hosting company for over 4 years and I wouldn't even change them for free hosting! I love the personal customer service and the fact that I never have to wait 24 hours for a response. They are the BEST!

I have to say, for as little as I pay for hosting with EliteHosts, the quality of the technical services and technical support are outstanding. I love the opensource tools available and the ease of use. Up for six months now without any major outages.
