Enterhost Tech Support is fantastic! They are knowledgeable, helpful and are immediately responsive. I am so glad we recently chose them for our Windows dedicated account and would recommend them anytime, to anyone. A++ all the way around.

Good that they support Cold Fustion but their support is terrible. They don't answer phones, they don't use a company directory listing, they don't return calls - even on critical issues. Simply horrible.
