Reliability is great, one word FLAWLESS
Everything works good. I have been a customer for one year and just paid for a second year. Glowhost is professional one. Uptime has been excellent and when something happens if anything support is on top of it. The customer service is good here as well.

Easy, straightforward domain setup
I just got started with Glowhost web host and so far I haven't had to contact tech support. Sure, there are some a bit cheaper providers around, but this one is fully managed, not to mention the hardware quality and godlike uptime. The most cost efficient web hosting provider on this planet.

Speed is good, and the price isn't bad at all
The server, which my account is setup on, it had one short downtime, which I was told due to the server update to close the security hole. What I want to say is that glowhost shared hosting service is based on quality. These guys consist of professionals.

Easy set-up in control panel as well!
I saw the disk space and yet it is small - it's enough for most operations and suits most of the people, like me for example. Glowhost is great. The dashboard is excellent, the support is amazing, everything is terrific. And you get what you pay for - which is just about enough.

Answered my questions quickly
I have tried other hostings before but they don't compare to Glowhost cloud VPS hosting service! I am will not even try another provider. Lots of features, very knowledgeable fast and friendly support and the price is reasonable. Thank you!

Wonderful experience
Thanks a lot for providing me with a good hosting service. Glowhost team did an amazing job walking me through setting up SSH key and access for our developer. They made sure I understood what we were doing rather than just doing it for me. They also sent me articles that explain it ever further.

I like glowhost web host. They will help you with anything be it scripts, billing, or the server itself. They have clearly demonstrated their friendly, efficient and superb network, and any questions I had were answered easily via Live Chat - they have a handful of support options as well.
