The dedicated servers are sold with set specs but with Host-ed I realize they had better processors.
The customer service is fantastic. You can contact them about anything. It doesn't have to be a problem.

The server, which my account is setup on, it had one short downtime, which I was told due to the kernel update to close the security hole.After checking though SSH, I see they are being honest about that, and I appreciate their pro-active stance on secure

The customer support is just awesome...they had a hard time like a few months ago because of a move into a new building or something..and the phones were messing up. The support guys are always helpful and they know what they are talking about!

Having submitted support tickets a few times (purely to request changes to account settings, etc. and NEVER to complain), they've always been answered within 5 minutes! Even submitting one just now at 6 minutes past midnight, it was answered with an email
