Very bad customer service, very bad servers.
I have purchased 5 servers with them, $350+, they took two days to get back to me a email telling me that my order was refused and that was it. They cancelled my account and did not even managed to write me a email or what ever. Stay away from them.

Fast servers (if working) but....
1. Very poor quality support
2. Sometimes i found my servers after endlessly (4-5 in 48 hours)

I have Ordered for a Dedicated server and requested them for addition IP address, but there was no response, raised the ticket there was no reply for almost 10 days, Please don't go with this person,its fully waste of time and money

Unethical hosting company that never pays their affiliates
I have no complaints rgds their vps uptime or services. But a company that denied/ignored and refused to pay me as an affiliate is hosting company that affiliate should stay away. My request for my commission was since Jan2017

Horrible Service - Unprofessional is an understatement!!
I've left 5 voicemails in the last 24 hours and no call back. The online Chat person just gives the run around. I believe they are a small White Label of Interserver.net. Poor Poor service at best.
