Based on the timely support they have, this really wasn't that great of an issue for me. The problem I had was resolved quickly and was made out to be far less than it could have been. Hostwinds is a stable web host with good customer support that will resolve any issue. The live support is not always there but once caught online, they will really help you with your troubles.

Customer service was quick and easy.
Customer service was quick and easy. It took me a while to find the chat part since I couldn't find a question that fit my issue. My customer rep helped me in like .1 second on how to transfer a website within hosting programs. Super helpful, as I was worried I would be stuck with a bot before becoming a person.

I've been with Hostwinds for at least 15 years now and they've made a lot of changes. Each time they change, their customer support remains the same. This time, I needed to move sites from one plan to another. They walked me through how to do it and then at the end, ended up doing it all for me. I've had countless experiences like that.

Good hosting for business online!
This web host supplied everything I needed to know and then some. Hostwinds is a good US VPS hosting provider. Have only had one unscheduled outage in about 4 months (maintenance downtime is minimal, and always late at night when the impact is less critical for most businesses).
