It was good, now is scam
It has been a quite good hosting for years. I got my own shared from 2010 to 2015.
Now it's just scam, if you buy you won't get any service since the owner left!

Stay away
We were hosted here for some years but since end of last year there are constantly server down times and no customer service at all. Bad user experiences piling up on Facebook/Icebluehost as i write. Looks like he took the money and ran...

Theives, liars and scoundrels! Run away from Ice Blue Host!
Always in financial trouble and trying to shake down their clients to pay their bills. Terrible customer service. Started out great and when downhill quickly. Owner is in huge debt and is trying to skip the country. Dishonest, crooked and lazy.

The most unreliable hosting agency I have ever met
It is a shame of owner that keeps own customers without support and off-line for 8 days already. Imagine how much it can impact web shop. My rank is down, money and customers lost.... If you want heart attack host with them! To whom you can get refund!

Worst service I ever had!
As of 2 weeks ago all servers IceBlueHost had with Hetzner are DOWN!. This is caused by owner skipping 5.000eur inovice, and causing 100% data-loss for all clients hosted in Hetzner's datacenter.

Quality VPS at sensible price.?
Yes it can happen.. I needed a fully managed VPS . I also needed someone to be able to help me out 24 x 7.. His name is Patrick Brookings, the owner of the company. Very professional guy ,who answers always to the point!

Great value products - not so good support
I have been a customer of ice blue host for a few years, just bought another server with them and had to ask a few question, Patrick is great, howwever his support staff are just rude and patronising.

Good is good
At the first time I liked that the webpage was very clear with the server resources, services and prices. They had all that I needed so, I decided to try it. Good service, good server and better support.

Good prices, better service
Hired with them a reseller account as a backup of my main provider. Now I see that the customer service is unbeatable, no downtimes (I monitor the websites) and the speed excellent. No issues up to now. They will be my main provider soon.
