I didn't realize the value of making backups of my website. InMotion Hosting, Inc. suspended my account because the forum on my website was spamming. I tried to fix it per IMH Inc.'s request but made a mistake, IMH Inc. deleted their backup now I have 0

Far better than my previous hosting service!
I was with Ipowerweb for 10 years, and then my email became blocked by spam blockers. Whole blocks of IP addresses were blocked belonging to Ipowerweb, because they were allowing spammers to use their service. I left, chose InMotion, and love it!

The greatest thing for me is the instant availability of knowledgeable tech support through chat it has been no wait support everytime I have needed it. GREAT SERVICE Also constant improvement such as the full backup feature added.

InMotion blows away the competition!
I recently downgraded my hosting plan, and was shocked by how FEW obstacles InMotion imposed. No overlapping payments (double billing), no run-around/redirection to numerous departments, no tedious Support Tickets, no software reconfiguration.
