Pros:	The connection is very fast and I have had no downtime as far as I know. The support is excellent and Parcom Community Forum is also useful.

Cons:	Canceled me with 2 day notice for being "unprofessional"
Company Response:	The honest truth is this customer did not provide any updated contact information and did not pay his bill on time after many attempted e-mails as well as post cards. All of which he finally admitted to receiving after this review. This is an unfortunate incident - but the moment the customer decided to harass an employee at their home, Parcom decided to not do business with this customer. Sorry, David.. we wish you all the best, but we have to draw the line too. From: Parcom family and staff.
