Pros:	Looks good but they word thier site and sting you for extra fees later
Cons:	Once you sign up they charge you for nearly everything.
Company Response:	The fees are not a suprise to anyone. They typically are $5 or so one time setup fees for configuring custom add-ons that are above and beyond your choice of service (this customer chose one of the lowest end services too. (that's really low!) All fees are 100% all upfront and not hidden and have been public information as compared to other hosts. We understand some folks do not like to be charged for hosting or pay for set up fees either as such folks believe they should not pay for as much as possible in our experience. We try to please everyone with our low pricing and fees, but we cannot please everyone. Unfair rating, but thats business. - Parcom Family and Team

Pros:	Excellent support, hosting packages, flexibility, and service.
Cons:	None, really. Slight downtime issue at times (although, justified downtime).

We were in the midst of a giant move during those times as many of our customers know. :-) Parcom knows downtime is tough to deal with, but the rewards are tremendous for all of our customers now. Over 125 peered OC192 connections into our datacenter now - giving our customers the best overall availability that we know of. Thank you, and we look forward to taking care of you for as long as you want us to.
