QHoster hosting is great, quick and friendly
I have been with QHoster for three months, they have been fantastic,if not excellent. It has been a very reliable host with stable servers in Singapore and they have never once failed me. Superb customer service support whenever i needed them. It was very important for me as a end user.

Impressive support and reasonable price
I wasn't expecting much. But the times I had a question, QHoster responded within a couple of hours, will a polite, and detailed response. Thanks a lot, the team - excellent support and service remain the same. Really good pricing for feature-rich hosting packages + the choice between 30 server locations. Good job.

Very professional and advanced web hosting
The service, both as a web host and in dealing with customers, has been most satisfactory. I highly recommend QHoster hosting. The support is excellent, there are a few issues with the lack of an actual billing system, everything is taken care of via emails, however, this isn't a major issue. Sales and support staff are amazing.

Worst Customer Support Ever
I was lured to transfer my WordPress website to them because of a $60 hosting deal they were running for 3 years.
Worst decision ever. It cost me - literally - my website.
After just two months they claimed that my website was infected with malware and that they have to suspend it.
I asked them to clean it up for me. I told them I am willing to pay.
Instead, they were rude and they said they couldn't do anything.
I asked you to give me my website's backups to have a freelancer clean them for me.
They refused.
Finally I asked to cancel my account and give me my files. They immediately accepted.
This is a clear SCAM on their end. They lure you with offers like the one I mentioned earlier and after a couple of months, they force you to leave their hosting service.
Don't join them ever. Search online for other online reviews and you will understand.
You have been warned.

Scammers!!!
Pay attention, this guys are big scammers! I have paid for VPS, send them a screenshot of my Skrill account where they could see that I have paid and they didn't anwer anything and they didn't activate VPS for me!!!

qhoster Total scam
I am surprised that QHOSTER's support staff, who never answer their customers, take the time to clarify things on social networks. You guys are just scammers. You don't pay your customers back when they don't appreciate the service because it's bad, and you don't support them when they are in need. You are scammers and your service sucks. Never buy from them, it's guaranteed disappointment, save your money and go to other more serious hosts.

Qhoster are hackers, the attack the company, last year and they have control all the domains.
and they try to take money from customers for keeping thier domains works.

Those clients, who complain their services were suspended are mostly criminals and their services were suspended for good reasons (abuse reports).
