The company has been nothing but helpful ever since I began hosting with great response times to support queries and an easy to use control panel, nothing but good things to say about Red Fox

I was an AGUK hosting customer, which sold out to redfox who took over all there hosting clients. AGUK was a good solid host, and redfox hasn't dissappointed me. They have been very reliable, and the uptime has been fantastic even on the shared hosting.

Have never had a complaint with RedFox since I moved around 2 years ago from 1&1 (dreadful).

It does sometimes seem like a one man band, but the support that is given (when rarely needed) is from a highly knledgeable and no BS position. Excellent.

I have no issues with red Fox, although it would be nice to be able to talk to someone in tech support, the tickets are responded to on a timely manner and I have no doubt in Warrens Skills as a web host master :)

Downtime is unacceptable. MySQL goes down with no explaination, webmail client changed with no warning and not connected to old emails. They dont recommend using one of your domain email address as your primary address which gives no confidence

Avoid at all costs - since December 05 the server has been down on a daily basis - they are aparantly 'halving' the server load.

Lack of communication to customers, poor customer service skills and a one man band.

I moved from fasthosts to red fox hosting, the control panel is so much better, gives me more control, more features and easy visually easy to navigate. I recieved a welcome email, and was up and running within the hour.
