New Beginnings with SiteGround!
Pavel T. was very helpful with my questions with regards to transferring my domains. It took 45 min then another 130 min on the phone to just get through to a live person with Weebly to transfer. I am so glad I have moved SiteGround!

Assistance with Error 404
We had an issue with a URL that was returning an error 404, Site Ground was able to locate we had a folder in the site called the same name as the url. They fixed the problem right there in the chat room. Thank You Site Ground What a professional Product

They WERE great.
I loved siteground for their level of support but that changed. The chat button has disapeared from the home page and its very difficult to access now from the user area.
Also their prices have gone through the roof, i cant afford them anymore!

Excellent, Speedy, Efficient Service
On attempting to purchase a new domain and hosting service I made a mistake with the items being purchase. I contacted Support who responded to live chat within 20 seconds and provided confirmation of me receiving a refund within 10 days .
