I like Tech Logic Solutions!
I switched to Tech Logic Solutions 3.5 months ago. I like several things of them: high speed, fast server, Cpanel and Softaculous.
Also I won with price. I paid $5 per month to my previous host ($60 annually) - now I pay $12 per year.
I do recommend!

Unmatched Service
For today I am using shared hosting plan from techlogicsolutions.com. What I really like is they are using Litespeed based servers, so I am getting outstanding performance and high site/database loading. I have plenty of resources and solid networking.
