My experience has been nothing short of exceptional. Purchased a dedicated server and I'm very impressed with the speed and performance. You can't beat the price or reliability, and the service is second to none. I highly recommend TurnKey Internet.

Excellent performance, support, reliabilty and prices
Amazing products and their support has been excellent! They helped me migrate my website onto their cloud platform and I was blown away by the performance! I have since moved all my sites over to TurnKey Internet and recommend them to everyone I know.

Unable to use SSL for email
Unable to use SSL connections for email. Had to explain how to turn on Classic ASP support to supposed web technicians. It took support a week to figure out they don't support SSL. Will be leaving shortly.

TurnKey Internet Cloud Server is FAST
Signed up 3 years ago to try their VPS (now called cloud server) and loved the deal during black Friday. Now I've upgraded to one of their faster packages (T40) and its super fast. Support helped me when I needed to upgrade and migrate, 2 thumbs up.

My Worst Mistake
Once the period within which you can ask for refund is over, your site wont be able to handle more than 10 visitors a day and they will keep forcing you to upgrade to higher package. My biggest mistake of lifetime getting hosting account with them.

Turnkey Internet Have Looked After Me
Recently I had the first issue since I started hosting with Turnkey.
Their response was prompt and correct, they took responsibility for the issue, even though it was partly my doing.I now have one VPS & one Dedicated Server. I am happily buying more....

This company not only caused a security risk to over 1500 client accounts. They have Extremely poor support and are VERY VERY unprofessional
