IMPOSSIBLE TO BEAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Normally, i enjoy live support, but with these guys their email responses are almost instant and they ALWAYS can fix the problem! A++++++++++

These guys are brilliant. Even on a low budget shared account, their support service is first rate. Quick response time, detailed answers to questions. No problem is too much, even if I created it in the first place.

This is the second server I have brought to Umbra. I have never had any problems, and in fact, to the contrary, I have gotten the best customer service experience from them than I have gotten at any other tech-related company.

a friend told there server is good. but in 3rd month of purchase, the site was down for many hours. same for 2 other friends. their customer service is poor. they never informed me about the downtime. they never apologized even after mailing them! POOR

Originally I was with a different hosting company which Umbra Hosting acquired, there were some problems with the switch however the support was brilliant and we soon got sorted out.

Umbra Hosting have a great up time, it has been down around 2 times.

We are shifting from an VPS to Umbra Hosting but our budget is not accepting 60$ atom server with cpanel. And i am asking discount because our low budget and shocked they give me $5 discount. There support is very good and there sales person are also.

This hosting provider really have good support. Always answer my support ticket in 2-5 minit. Really helpfull. All problem solve really fast even the problem occur by yourself. Recommend to all.
