We also artificially limit our server density, ensuring the resources are there to power any site with even the most basic of caching tech enabled through nearly any traffic spike. Most web hosts lock down certain aspects of their control panel and client area, either because they don't have the software to provide the functionality or because they want to force you to contact them to make changes, to make them seem necessary. Instead, we code and integrate hosting software systems to ensure that you've got the power to control anything and everything related to your hosting without requiring our help. We also provide the following features with all hosting accounts: automatic web app install, import, update, backup and cloning. Some of these options are only found with expensive premium web hosts!
