have you tried to phone this server company ?: the phone is now out of service-----phone it and see what happens Online chathelp and support is also offline now too they took my money last night and now I asked

Avoid WebServe Canada - Nothing but Incompetence and Aggravation
Service and support was fine at first, but I've been trying to cancel for the last couple years due to billing issues and complete incompetence of their staff. Now there seems to be no way to get in touch with them at all. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

Absolutly Garbage!!
Business sites simply cannot risk hosting and customer service this bad. Pricing was competitive and we like supporting local business but unfortunately they dont feel the same way. KEEP LOOKING.

Not Impressed
So it appears myself (and many others) have been screwed over by Webserve Canada out of Vancouver.
Their service was sketchy at best to begin with and now it appears to be non-existent.
Very Disappointing to have to start over.

I have had two problems with WebServe Canada that indicate they are either blatantly dishonest or extremely disorganized and unprofessional. I will be making complaints with any organizing body I can. My advice is to stay away from this company.

What kind of operation are you running. All phones are "not in service"
You used to do a pretty good job of up time and support. I assume WebServ is now out of bussness. Now I have got to figure out how to get my domain names out of there.

DOWN for 6 months - no answers
no access to my administrative control panel for 6 months. sending tens of emails. They keep answering to me after 2 to 4 weeks "it is our understanding this ticket was resolved". ??? Keep calling them, wait for 20 mn, until they hung up on me !!! RIP OFF

Where the heck is WebServe Canada?!?!?!?!?
For MONTHS now, my website has been up and down, I've been locked out of administrative control. I'm forced to move.
Thankfully, they're not my registrar, but if they are, contact enom.com as WebServe is a re-seller for them.

Echo the same sentiment - Horrible Service
I got a bill for something that I did not even buy. These guys are nothing buy gypsies. Stay away from them at all costs. I have left several messages, emails and calls and have never spoken to anyone.

Wow, what happened to Webserve??
Been with these guys since 2005, a few issues but were always quick to fix if you word your requests right and have some computer and server knowledge.
However, the last couple months they have dissapeared?? Stay away and I will not be renewing with the
