Thanks Alex! I enquired about SSL support. Alex was concise and clear with all his info & advice. I didn't go with his suggestion for SSL provider, but he explained how I can get the cert from my chosen provider installed instead.

We had a ticket that was not being responded too quickly enough and even the first support agent wasn't able to help us but after being connected to Alexander J our issue was resolved right away and he was very helpful.
