Across the board the worst service at parr with Lunar Pages. Security NONE EXISTENT, they allowed malware in to our website. Can never reach anyone by phone...I would rate it overall 0 stars; they do not deserve even one star...

THE WORST WEB HOSTING
many people complain and become victims including me, someone had to take legal action, because Arvixe is a real company and their get money from new customers. This is a public fraud. Many are disappointed and aggrieved.

Very mediocre for the price
I have a virtual dedicated hosting package. The site is always up, but the server always recaches, thus my users are always getting logged out. Tech support says they can't do anything about it, they cannot remove the caching restrictions. Very poor.

The WORST OF THE WORST (wurst support too)
NO STARS! Used to be great. Now Emails don't get delivered, and don't arrive for hours, if ever. Tech support barely exists and has NO CLUE how the Internet works, let alone how a hosting company should work. SLOOOW hosting. AVOID!

Good deal
I found extensive support including configuration and setup of specific PHP applications as well as standard applications as Wordpress. I'm not a specialist and such a kind of support is worth all the value of Arvixe service cost.

Phone support cut to the bone
Great support until Aug 2015. Bought out by EIG investments in late 2014 and nothing but issues and effective 09/3/2015, phone support went from 24/7 to 6:00 am to 4:00 m-f only. Its all about service..bean counters do get it!

Awful
Never, ever run your business through them. The site is down sporadically and there appear to be massive caching issues with the dedicated server packages. I'm so pissed right now.. it's impossible to run a business with their services.

Horror Story
Arvixe's cheap hosting is terrible, so we paid to upgrade. After we did, Arvixe mistakenly deleted the live instance of our site and screwed up the fix so badly we had to fix it ourselves.
