I don't want to get into too many details of how they specifically helped me but, man, the OWNER spent about an entire day helping me one-to-one get MY specific hosting needs solved. What an awesome guy. The hosting is great. About to upgrade my acct.

My site is down by 5 days. "We are working on the resolution of the problem", "sorry for the inconvenience", "there is network error from our upstream", "problem will be fixed soon", are the answer and the site is still inaccessible by almost 5 days.

BlueAngelHost means lower quality services. I'm sure that the most of positive appreciations are made by blueAngelHost. I do not recommend this hosting.
