I love eApps
I've had such a positive experience on eApps. Initially, we were using it just as a cheap test server. However, the system has incredible uptime and inexpensive. I've encouraged my smaller clients to dump expensive servers like Azure and get eApps!

Eapps Hosting
I am using eApps for hosting my web application, the services they provide are good and reliable.
Sometime technical support is not available online, so please fix this if possible.

Needs Improvement
I moved to EAPPS from another hosting company because 1) they are an Atlanta Company 2) their reviews are good. Their technical support has been non responsive; they never pick up the phone. I ask a migration question and I am told to ask my developer.

I've been using Eapps now for at least six years. And my experience has been great. And the few times I've had to use their technical support they have been fast, responsive, and intelligent.

Very personable
I love eApps' personable approach to their clients. Their tech support representative spent lots of time optimizing my app servers' memory allocation, as well as MySQL optimization, saving me hundreds of dollars per month. I feel myself in good hands.

sustainability
EAPPS stands out for sustainability - I have used many services but, for dedicated or VPS eapps is my choice. I have put many of my clients on eapps and they are still there without any issue. Good work eapps team, keep it up

Highly responsive Tech-support & General Customer Svc
Please note their very responsive technical support is not available 24x7.
Initially, I used to be so annoyed that Billing was not available online, but now looking back, I give them 5* for sticking to secure best-practices.
