Web Hosting Review:	horrible billing department just turns off sites at random and will not reply to emails. Only billing department in a company I have ever found that does not respond to customers heck their own tech department says they cant reach them

Web Hosting Review:	Cancelled 2 accounts because of really bad service. Have contacted them about 5 times to get "guaranteed" refund - never received refunds. Phone number for billing never answers or is always busy. Unprofessional all the way around.
