I have always received excellent tech support the few times I needed to call. By far this is the best hosting service I have used.

Fixed right away
I created an Addon domain, but it's URL was getting directed to the main domain. I posted a question to the host's forum - support found and corrected the configuration problem within 30 minutes.

a good webhosting with great service
You can say this webhosting is a very good , maybe not the best .
But their service is so much good .
Any request if they can provide help , they will help you .
So why I found a lots cheaper webhosting , but still stick with Inmotion Hosting .

Nice personable people in tech helped work out a few bugs with site builder. longest wait was 3 minutes during mid day, not bad.

Domain Transfer
Awesome. They make transferring the domain so easy. The domain I already had was so easy to set up. They are so friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone who needed a hosting company.
