Switching domains
Thanks so much. We were able to much of what we needed over the phone. This was particularly helpful because we are not techies. We're just ordinary people running 1 -2 websites, not conversant much less fluent in the language of domains, hosts, etc.

I have been using InMotion Hosting for a number of years and have found technical support to be excellent, courteous, and prompt. While my contacts have been few, the tech support person took care of my issue promptly.v

Really apprecaited the sales and support staff.

Could be better
Technically my only issues is the time my site was hacked and prescription drug ads were placed hidden in the HTML.
Recently I called customer service to update my credit card information. The support rep seems to think she was doing me a favor.

helpful, no-nonsense support
I haven't had much experience with InMotion's tech support, but the account support was always very easy to get ahold of and easy to deal with. They were always extremely helpful, even AFTER I was no longer a customer. I think I might go back!
