A lot of emails yet so little communication
The company does not send reminder emails BEFORE they charge your credit card for renewal. They also renew your account 14 days before the date (not in FAQ). We exchanged several emails with support and they haven't yet answered question. Too slow!!

Best online chat and technical support team.
The online chat support is very efficient, I had quite a few enquiries/problems and each time they were efficient and within minutes of going live chat they solved my problem. They are also very patient and knowledgable with any questions you may have.
