I have been with LiveHost for 4 years. Use to be excellent. For last year, support has been bad. After a full data loss of all of our sites due to bad backups, we have had downtimes everyday for many hours. No responses from company.

I've been with livehost since feb.06 and have had the server go down twice, the last time end of sept. At that time they had to rebuild/replace the harddrive and the backup was 1month old. I had to redo three sites, including mail which angered my clients
